“We got 6 tickets for the all day, hop on hop off water taxi that said it ran every thirty to forty minutes. When we arrived at the hollywood beach pick up location, on the website we were told that they were just leaving and couldn't wait for us to park and hop on. Also, they only leave from that particular location once a day. So we missed it. They really should clearly state that when purchasing tickets.They do not give refunds, so we were out six all day water taxi tickets.”
