“We had a fantastic day visiting the Ouzoud Waterfalls with Boufarma Mohamed as our guide. From start to finish, he was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. He made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable. The walk and steps back up from the waterfalls can be quite challenging, but Mohamed was so patient and understanding, making sure we were comfortable and never rushed.
