“A fantastic day out. Manuela, our driver, was cheerful and welcoming and ensured that we had a very smooth journey. Amalia, our guide, was incredibly knowledgeable but added some great touches of banter, jokes and anecdotes which kept it interesting and fun. We packed a lot into one day. The drive alongside the lake was beautiful, the private boat trip was enjoyable. Bellagio is a pretty place. I enjoyed exploring the narrow little streets. There's a lovely little bar on the waterfront and the cappuccino was fab! We then crossed into Lugano. Amalia showed us where to find the best chocolate shops and pointed out the way to other things…”
