“We arrived a couple of minutes before the tour start time but they already stopped boarding. They were going to reschedule to a tour at 10 pm, which was 5 hours later. We had work the next day and that wouldn’t have worked. We protested. Eventually they rescheduled us to a tour 1.5 hours later. It was ok, but wish we didn’t have to go through the stress and hassle.”
