“We arrived a couple of minutes before the tour start time but they already stopped boarding. They were going to reschedule to a tour at 10 pm, which was 5 hours later. We had work the next day and that wouldn’t have worked. We protested. Eventually they rescheduled us to a tour 1.5 hours later. It was ok, but wish we didn’t have to go through the stress and hassle.”

First, the woman at the office was very helpful, she quickly arranged transportation after we landed at the airport (they picked us up in 9 minutes!) My friend is 83 years old and walks a little slower than others, but they made a point to accomodate him at every juncture. This 3-person team worked in tandem throughout the trip. They helped another guest who was sick the entire trip, while making sure all other guests were having a great experience. We went to three different locations, where we could jump in…”
