“A fun trip on the boats and a great cooking class, clear, easy and received the PDF of recipes. Learnt a few tips and tricks which are always appreciated. Lily was a great guide and chef and catered very well to the variety of tastes. The market tour before hand was interesting and we also picked up some snacks, spices and sauces (had limit to what we could eat or take home.) The meat and seafood sections were very good, and Lily was conscious of people who may not want to go through (well done). We did the boat tour (a bit of fun), first then the market, cooking class…”

“We enjoyed our boat ride at the height of Tet. We were met by a guide who took us to the point where we caught a boat for 20 minutes. From start to finish we felt safe and looked after with life jackets and a confident rower. It was busy on the river but we loved the atmosphere of the lanterns and sending a candle downstream. It was delightful. Pity the modern Irish venues played such loud music which was inappropriate for Tet. This was a lovely end to our stay in Hoi An.”
