“We booked the Private Luxury Yacht 55FT Rental in Cancun and were expecting the exact yacht we selected. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were given a different boat — the DIVA 60ft Elite Italian Yacht — without any prior notice. This was disappointing, especially since I could see the 55ft boat out on the water, so it clearly wasn’t a breakdown. One of the reasons I specifically chose the 55ft was its seating arrangement, which would have been better for my elderly in-laws. The replacement boat had a larger sundeck but less accessible seating, making it more difficult for them to get around. On the positive side, the crew was absolutely…”
